- Putin's readiness to attack NATO country.
Osechkin was born in 1981 in Samara. He graduated from the Law Faculty of Samara University.
In the early 2000s, he was under arrest twice. The first time – In the case of the murder. Three months later, law enforcement officers released him, recognizing a mistake. The second time – In the case of fraud on especially large sizes (at that time Osechkin was engaged in business, he had a network of car dealerships). The businessman was convicted of seven years, conducted four in custody. He considers his condemnation unjust and He claims that the purpose of the second criminal case was to withdraw his assets.
After release in 2011 Osechkin decided to become The defender of the rights of prisoners and founded the Gulagu.net project, which talks about torture and corruption in the Russian correctional system.
Since 2015, Osechkin has been living in France.
