The commission of inquiry planned for Friday's audition of Ziobra, the politician once again did not appear at her meeting.

Therefore, the Commission decided that through the Prosecutor General it would apply to the Sejm for consent to detain and forced bringing Ziobra to a sitting. The second adopted application concerns a request to the court – another step in the procedure.

“There is a chance to proceed in July this immunity, set aside, and to set this term at the beginning of September,” said the deputy head of the commission Tomasz Trela ​​(left).

The meeting of the Sejm inquiry commission for Pegasus began on Friday at 10.

On Thursday, the chairwoman of the commission Magdalena Sroka (PSL) said that Ziobro was present on Wednesday in the Sejm Hall. “I turned to him to come to the interrogation on Friday,” said Sroka. Ziobro, however, did not appear at the Friday meeting of the committee.

In addition to Ziobra, on Friday there is also a hearing of the former head of the Military Counterintelligence Service Piotr Bączek, and former deputy head of the Military Counterintelligence Service Marek Utracki. At 12.00 it is planned to hear witnesses in closed session. (PAP)
