Whether there is an emergency plan in the event that the current government led to the conversion of all votes cast in the presidential election, Szefernaker, who is to become the head of the office of Karol Nawrocki, was asked on Thursday during a conversation in the “Rymanowski Live” program on the YouTube channel.

“I think that today you have to make sure that these people do not break the law once again. (…) According to all procedures, on August 6, the PiS politician replied.

Referring to the presidential election, he emphasized that so many people have never went to elections in the Third Polish Republic. “Poles will not allow themselves to steal this result,” he said. He admitted that “you must have an emergency plan in every situation.” “If there are anti -democratic actions from this power, we will take appropriate action in defense of the elections,” said the MP. However, he did not specify exactly what was going on.

Szefernaker also confirmed that currently both President Elekta and his family are protected by SOP officers. Earlier, “Rzeczpospolita” reported that Nawrocki initially refused to protect SOP because he preferred to benefit from the protection of the private Group Group agency.

“I can say that the day after the results of the election, probably on Monday, the Deputy Minister (SWIA Czesław) Mroczek contacted me with information that there is a decision to protect President Elekt, which is also (…) an indication that the results of the election were accepted by currently the rulers” – he noted. He added that after a few days – already going to the Royal Castle, where he received the PKW certificate about the election of the president – Nawrocki rode with SOP protection.

The Supreme Court announced that the meeting regarding the adoption of a resolution on the validity of the presidential election was designated for July 1 this year. In the second round of presidential elections, supported by Law and Justice, Karol Nawrocki won 50.89 percent. support, and the candidate of the Civic Coalition Rafał Trzaskowski obtained 49.11 percent. votes.
