In Krasnoyarsk, about a thousand foreign citizens suspected of organizing illegal migration were detained. They told about this in the investigation
According to investigators, from January 2022 to April 2025, two residents of Krasnoyarsk made fake labor contracts for illegal immigrants and looked for rented housing to them, where they subsequently fictitiously registered without the knowledge of the lessor. An employee of the MFC, aware of the provision of fictitious documents, delivered foreign citizens to migration records.
“For the provision of illegal services, accomplices received a monetary remuneration from foreigners in the amount of 1.5 to 3.5 thousand rubles. At the moment, about 1 thousand people who received the illegal right to temporary stay in the city of Krasnoyarsk have been identified, ”the Investigative Committee said.
Two Krasnoyarski and an employee of the MFC fictitiously registered 1000 migrants
In relation to two residents of the regional center and employees of the multifunctional center, a criminal case was opened. Depending on the degree and role of the participation of each, they are suspected of committing a crime under P.P. “A”, “B” of Part 2 of Art. 322.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (organization of illegal migration by a group of persons by prior conspiracy using official position).
The defendants are detained, the issue of choosing a preventive measure is being decided.
Currently, the exact number of illegally legalized foreign citizens during the action of an organized group is being established. Searches were carried out on the places of residence of the suspects.
