On Wednesday, senators proposed four amendments to the Senate Legislative Office to the amendment to the Act on the Mobatwat application. They are legislative and editorial. 87 senators voted for the act along with amendments, no one was against, nobody abstained.

Now the law will go to the Sejm again.

Earlier, during the Senate Infrastructure Commission, Deputy Minister of Digitization Dariusz Standerski emphasized that the Act aims to develop services and access to citizens to public administration. He explained that at least several million users will benefit from solutions.

“Today, in the Mobatciative application, we have 9.7 million active users and users. This number is growing rapidly, we see great interest,” he emphasized.

On June 4, the Sejm adopted an amendment to the Act on the Mobatist application. 427 deputies voted for its adoption. Nobody was against, and 10 MPs abstained.

MPs also adopted amendments to the amendments, which were previously positively approved by the Sejm Commission for Digitization, Innovation and Modern Technologies and the Deregulation Commission.

The amendment to the Act on the Mobatcore application assumes the addition of, among others Musegimacja for a teacher and student or service Msłęczka. The document is part of the first package nine deregulatory laws.

The amendment is to enable citizens to use mobile services even more broadly as part of this tool. The function of a virtual assistant based on an artificial intelligence model will appear in the mobile. The assistant will, for example, be able to write a letter for us and provide the user of the application for approval.

The application will also be able to make statements of the perpetrator of the road incident (so -called marshmin). The amendment will also allow application users to sign a document with a qualified signature or trusted signature. The extension will allow you to verify the submitted electronic signatures. (PAP)
