In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, in order to prevent emergency situations in connection with the passage of the fire hazardous period until July 1, the regime of increased readiness is valid. This was reported in the department of the press service of the governor.
The fire situation and anti -flood measures have become the topic of the expanded meeting, which was held by Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Dmitry Patrushev in the VKS mode. The leaders of the Ministry of Emergencies, the Ministry of Natural Resources, Roshydromet, Rosvodresurses, Rosleskhoz, as well as the head of the territory of the Russian Federation reported on the operational situation in the regions. Governor of the Krasnoyarsk Territory Mikhail Kotyukov took part in the discussion of the agenda.
The Deputy Prime Minister noted that thanks to the preventive measures taken by the subjects of the Siberian Federal District, during the spring flood, serious flooding was avoided. However, in a number of subjects there is still a high water level, so monitoring the hydrological situation will continue. The regions are recommended to strengthen interaction with municipalities in the implementation of plans for the protection of territories that traditionally fall into the flooding zone.
In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, in comparison with the same period last year, the period of the past flood is estimated as the most favorable. In general, the number of flooded territories in the region decreased by 70 %. At the moment, Siberia is experiencing the peak of a fire hazardous period, which, due to weather conditions this year, began earlier than usual.
“The situation with forest fires in the Krasnoyarsk Territory is under control, at the moment there are no threats to settlements and economics. Patrol groups work daily on the territory of the state flesh and municipalities daily, ground, aviation and cosmonitoring are carried out, and the BPL fleet is involved. Information from 170 chambers of the monitoring system is transmitted online to the dispatching service of the forestry, ”the regional government said.
Since the beginning of 2025, 321 forest fires and 662 fire of dry vegetation were eliminated in the region. The total grouping of forces and fire extinguishing forces is 5,750 people and 2,400 units of equipment. The high risk of fires is preserved throughout the region.
Dmitry Patrushev reminded the heads of the subjects that in order to avoid aggravation of the fire situation, 80 % of fires must be eliminated on the first day.
