Marcinkiewicz has repeatedly emphasized that maintenance is a serious financial burden for him. In addition to benefits to Izabela, he also transfers 6,000 every month. PLN to the first wife. In total, his maintenance obligations are PLN 10,500 per month.

Court judgment and reactions of the parties
The last hearing on maintenance took place on June 10 at the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw. Kazimierz Marcinkiewicz appeared in the room, while Izabela Olchowicz-Marcinkiewicz was not present. The meeting lasted over an hour, and the court's decision was announced on June 24 after 15.30.
The judge decided to abolish the maintenance obligation to his ex -wife. The judgment is not yet final, and the lawyer of Izabela Olchowicz-Marcinkiewicz has already announced in an interview with “Fakt” an appeal.
Marcinkiewicz in an interview with the media emphasized that the divorce took place many years ago, and he left his ex -wife twelve years ago. In his opinion, this is the right time for each party to start living on their own.
