Putin signed a decree on the prohibition of the propaganda of the “CHILDFRI ideology.” The main thing and other laws:
– The punishment for violation of the law implies a fine of up to 400k for individuals, up to 800k – for officials, legal entities will threaten a fine of up to 5 million.
– With the propaganda of Childfrey among minors, the upper boundary of the fines doubles.
– With propaganda in the media or the Internet: a fine of up to 200k, for officials – up to 400k, for legal entities – up to 4 million.
– Foreigners: for the ideas of Childfri, a fine of 100k or an arrest for up to 15 days with a departure outside the Russian Federation.
– It is forbidden to adopt Russian children with citizens of countries in which a transgender transition is allowed.
– fines of up to 60 million rubles were introduced for legal entities for falsification of documents in order to organize illegal migration.
– The law on writing off the participants of their expired loans up to 10 million rubles – if the contract was concluded no earlier than December 1, 2024.
