Trump thanked Iran for warning the United States before launching the rescue of missiles on the Qatar military base, which, according to him, allowed to avoid losses of human lives, both Qatareza and American.
“I am glad to announce that no American was injured and that there were almost no damage. But the most important thing is that (Iranians) have” cooled “and, hopefully, there will be no hatred,” Trump wrote in a social network, TRUTH Social.
“I want to thank Iran for announcing us in advance, which made it possible for no life to be lost and that no one is hurt,” the American leader added.
“14 rockets were launched-13 were shot down, and one was” left in peace “, because it was heading in a non-hazardous direction,” he added.
He described this as a “very weak reaction”, which the US “waited” and “countered very efficiently”.
He mentioned that even in the citizens of Qatar, no dead or injured were registered.
“Maybe Iran will now be able to advance to peace and harmony in the region, and I will enthusiast by Israel to do the same. Thank you for the attention paid to this problem,” Trump wrote.
In a post that preceded this message, the US president also satisfied “extremely respected Qatar for everything he did in search of peace for the region.”
Following the two posts on Social Truth, Trump published, shortly after, a third message, in which he was limited to write: “Congratulations to the whole world, is the time for peace.”
The guards of the Revolution, the ideological army of the Islamic Republic, attacked Monday of Udeid – the largest American base in the Middle East, located right outside Doha and hosting about 10,000 soldiers – as a revenge for American bombings on three Iranian nuclear installations over the weekend.
The Pentagon confirmed on Monday night that Iran launched a short and average ballistic missiles to the American Al-Dudeid military base, without registering victims.
“At this moment, there is no information about American victims. We carefully monitor the situation,” said the American Defense Department, in a press release.
Previously, Qatar announced that his anti -aircraft defense forces have successfully intercepted Iranian missiles.
