Ingredients:
- five currant leaves;
- one leaf of horseradish;
- two umbrellas of dill;
- 1.2 liters of water;
- 1.5 tbsp. l. salts;
- four peas of black pepper;
- four peas of fragrant pepper;
- 1 kg of cucumbers.
Cooking
- Put in a dry clean jar leaves of currants, horseradish and dill.
- Pour water into the pan, boil, add salt, pepper and leave to insist.
- Wash the cucumbers and put them in a jar. Pour to the edges with a warm brine and close the plastic lid.
- Leave a jar of cucumbers at room temperature for a day.
