Ingredients:

  • five currant leaves;
  • one leaf of horseradish;
  • two umbrellas of dill;
  • 1.2 liters of water;
  • 1.5 tbsp. l. salts;
  • four peas of black pepper;
  • four peas of fragrant pepper;
  • 1 kg of cucumbers.

Cooking

  1. Put in a dry clean jar leaves of currants, horseradish and dill.
  2. Pour water into the pan, boil, add salt, pepper and leave to insist.
  3. Wash the cucumbers and put them in a jar. Pour to the edges with a warm brine and close the plastic lid.
  4. Leave a jar of cucumbers at room temperature for a day.
