Borshshik juice when getting into the eye can lead to blindness. With inhalation of the pollen of the plant, irritation of the larynx, nausea and vomiting occurs. A long stay in the thickets of Kosnovsky hogweed without a mask can cause dizziness and loss of consciousness.

Small children often choose the hollow stems of the plant for games to make them firing sticks. In contact with the mucous membrane of the child’s mouth, the burn will be inevitable.
