IT Holding T1 will prepare students of leading Russian universities for real work in the IT industry

IT Holding T1 signed cooperation agreements with the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation and St. Petersburg State University of Telecommunications named after Prof. M.A. Bonch-Bruevich (SPbut) in the framework of PMEF 2025.

Together with universities, T1 will implement educational projects aimed at developing practical skills among IT specialties.

The strategic tasks of IT Holding T1 are the development of an engineering school in the country and the training of competent personnel for the IT industry. For this, the company expands cooperation with leading universities-T1 experts share a practical examination with students, conduct career and educational measures for them, and help to master modern IT tools.

T1, as part of a partnership with the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation and SPbut, will participate in the updating and developing educational programs for future IT specialists. An important part of the formation of a new generation of ITSHNIKS will be enhanced practical training. For example, this year, the financial university under the Government of the Russian Federation and T1 will open a joint program of undergraduate in the direction of “Applied machine training”.

The practitioners of the IT Holding T1 will take an active part in the educational process-to teach specialized disciplines, to oversee and support students in the preparation of thesis. In addition, university students will have the opportunity to get an internship in a company where they can get acquainted with real IT projects. Also, the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation and SPbut will gain access to the PSPER and Engineering Analysis T1 platform-students will use IT solutions to develop applied skills.
