You can forget about porridge on the stove and sticky pots, which then need to be washed. A couple of minutes in the evening enough to stand on the table in the morning a ready -made and, moreover, a useful vitamin breakfast. The whole secret is in a regular bank.
How to cook
Pour 4 tablespoons of oatmeal (just not quick cooking) into the jar with layers of 4 tablespoons, pour 150 ml of milk, kefir or fermented baked milk, add a spoonful of honey and a handful of berries. Berries can be replaced with a banana or dried fruits, pour chia or linen seeds. Mix everything, close the lid and take it into the refrigerator for the night. In the morning – mix again and eat directly from the can.
If in the morning add 2 tbsp to the jar. tablespoons of dry protein, you will also get a protein-saturated breakfast, they say in the Zen channel “Recipes of the World” (18+). A pinch of cinnamon will make oatmeal more fragrant and help digestion.
