The fact is that while we are resting, the body continues to work: the skin is updated, sweat is released, hair falls out. All this settles on bedding.

The remains of sweat, skin and other discharge become a nutrient medium for microbes. All night the skin is in contact with harmful microorganisms that cause inflammation. And they, in turn, destroy collagen in the skin, which over time leads to a decrease in elasticity and the early appearance of wrinkles.
