In Zheleznogorsk, state traffic inspectors stopped a 14-year-old boy who controlled a Pitbike without rights.
The young motorcyclist came to the view of the traffic police officers in the evening, when he was driving along Industrial Street with a friend. The schoolboy explained that for a while he took Pitbike from a friend to ride in the fields with a friend. At that moment, when the boy was stopped by traffic inspectors, he was heading to the garage cooperative and intended to return the vehicle to the owner.
In relation to a 14-year-old motorcyclist, the material was collected under Part 1 of Article 12.7 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation (management of a vehicle that does not have the right to drive a vehicle) and sent for consideration to a commission on minors and protecting their rights.

“The teenager was transferred to the parents with whom a preventive conversation was conducted with the explanation of the requirements of the rules when managing children with sports equipment,” the traffic police commented on the situation.
In relation to the adult owner of Pitbike, an administrative protocol was drawn up under Part 3 of Article 12.7 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (transfer of the management of a vehicle who is obviously not having the right to drive a vehicle), he threatens a fine of 30 thousand rubles.
