Andrew Tate had been left without the driving license after being surprised, on June 7, by the road police circulating the bolid with 196 km/h in a locality with a limit of 50 km/h.
Andrew Tate recovered his driving license, after challenging the court in court by which he was sanctioned by police to exceed the speed limit, Agerpres, who cites official sources.
According to a statement sent by IPJ Ilfov, Andrew Tate recovered his permit just three days after the incident, on June 10, following a complaint in court.
“In view of the questions from the media representatives, regarding the right of leadership of a man, under the extent of judicial control, the Public Relations Department within the Ilfov County Police Inspectorate is empowered to communicate the following: according to the checks in the databases of the Romanian Police, it resulted that, on June 7, the 38th of June, The exercise of the right to drive for 120 days.
On June 7, Andrew Tate remained without a driving license for a period of four months, after being caught by the police in Vâlcea, traveling by 146 km/h over the legal limit admitted on a sector of DN 7, in the Vâlceană Bujoreni.
In addition to suspending the right to drive for 120 days, Andrew Tate, who is currently under judicial monitoring in Romania, has been chosen with a fine of 1,822 lei.
