In Krasnoyarsk, the bailiffs closed a spontaneous boarding house for elderly citizens on 11 Dmitry Martynov Street, this was told about this in the Russian Gufssp in the region.
When the owner of the premises and the tenant was presented with a resolution on the initiation of enforcement proceedings, 17 people, mainly of the elderly, were in the building, five of them were lying patients.
The bailiffs issued debtors the requirements for the immediate execution of the court decision and explained that within the day from the date of receipt of a copy of this decision, they are obliged to fulfill it. Otherwise, they face administrative responsibility under Part 1 of Art. 17.14 Administrative Code of the Russian Federation.
On June 10, the bailiffs bailiffs left with the audit at 11 Dmitry Martynov Street, and established that the court’s decision was fulfilled voluntarily. However, they decided to close the spontaneous boarding house due to violations of fire safety requirements.
Recall that on June 6, at the address of Vuzovsky Lane, 17 bailiffs closed and sealed another such boarding house for elderly citizens.
