Hora joy, congratulations from Lucescu and “Made in Romania”

  • Romania U19 finished group A in 2nd place, after Spain U19. Will play in the semifinal with the Netherlands, the winner of Group B.
  • The semifinals will be played on Monday, from 18:00 and 21:00, on Giulești and the Arc de Triomphe. FRF will announce in the next period.

The “tricolors” were obliged to win to qualify in the semifinals of the competition and they managed to make a perfect match against the national team that held Spain U19 in the chess in the first match and which defeated the U19, 5-0.

Immediately after the final whistle, the more than 6,000 fans broke out in the wishes, and the players and the staff on the bench entered the field to celebrate the victory. And they all gathered in the middle of the field to make the Hora joy, glad that they have achieved their goal imposed by Ion Marin: qualification in the semifinals.

Congratulations from Mircea Lucescu

After the players entered the cabins, they had a surprise. Mircea Lucescu, the coach of the first representative, came to the locker room. Present at the previous match, Il Luce wanted to congratulate the small “tricolors” for the game and the result.
