Sepsi officially presented Dani Iglesias, 29, a midfielder free of contract after the separation from Steaua București. The Spaniard is the first player brought after the installation of Ovidiu Burcă on the bench.
Sepsi made the second summer transfer, after Robert Silaghi, taken from U Cluj. Iglesias will be in the fourth season in Romania.

Dani Iglesias will play again under the command of Burcă, the two working together at Dinamo. The Spaniard was an important AM in “Stefan cel Mare” in Ovidiu's mandate, especially in the season spent in Liga 2. Burcă used the holder on Iglesias in the 2022-2023 season, when the “dogs” ensured their promotion.
