Israeli prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu is “the biggest threat” to the Middle East Security, the leader of Ankara, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, said on Tuesday, in a post on the social page of Turkish Presidency, informs CNN.

“Netanyahu once again showed that it is the biggest threat to the region's security,” Erdogan told the Qatar Emir, Tamim Bin Hamad Al-Hani, in a telephone conversation, the Turkish presidency said in the message published on the X network.

“Noting that he had intense diplomatic contacts on the clashes triggered by Israel's attacks on Iran, President Erdogan said he would continue to end the violence spiral,” writes in post.

“Staining that the attacks of Israel cannot be allowed to shadow the humanitarian crisis and genocide in (strip) Gaza, President Erdogan warned that the incidents should not include Syria,” the presidency from Ankara said.

Since the beginning of the war of Israel in the Gaza strip, Erdogan has been one of Israel's harshest and most critical, qualifying as a “terrorist state” and comparing Netanyahu to Hitler.

On Monday, the Turkish president accused Israel of “endangering the security of the whole region”, in a telephone conversation with his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin, on the fourth day of military escalation between Israel and Iran.

“President Erdogan said that the spiral of violence initiated by Israel's attacks on Iran endangers the security of the whole region and that the illegal attitude of the Government (Benjamin) Netanyahu is a clear threat to the international system,” the Turkish presidency announced on Monday, in a statement, according to AFP and AGPPRES.

Israel began to bomb Iran on Friday morning, invoking the progress in the nuclear program made by the enemy regime in Tehran and the threat of ballistic missiles for Israel.

Since then, his aviation has attacked military infrastructures (air defense systems, ballistic missiles, etc.) and nuclear installations (Natanz, Isfahan and Fordow), as well as senior officials of the revolution guards or nuclear scientists.

In Iran, the attacks caused over 450 dead, according to the latest balance sheet, announced on Tuesday by the non-profit organization Human Rights Activists in Iran (food) and quoted by BBC News.

The total number of victims registered by the food amounts to 452 people killed and 646 injured.

Meanwhile, in Israel, Iranian missile launches killed 24 people, according to the MDA National Emergency Service.
