In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, a resident of the village of Motygino was punished with conditional deprivation of liberty for a public demonstration by a Nazi symbolism. The 39-year-old general director of LLC Pergar Farm was repeatedly in the dock, the prosecutor's office said.

It was established that in the period from 2022 to 2025, a man on an ongoing basis wore a ring with the image of a swastika on his hand and openly demonstrated it to passers -by in stores and other public places.

“The man acquired the decoration in 2022. On the front surface of the ring, an image of a cross with the ends bent at right angles is engraved – a symbol of the ideology of Nazism, ”the prosecutor's office explained.

Moreover, earlier the same man was brought to administrative and criminal liability for demonstrating the swastika on the rear glass of the car and on board the boat, but did not draw conclusions.

As a result, the court found the defendant guilty under Part 1 of Art. 282.4 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation and sentenced 1 year of conditional imprisonment with the same trial period. The ring with the image of the swastika is decided to destroy.
