Over 20 flying air tankers KC-135 and KC-46 set off on Sunday from the USA to bases in Europe in Europe and the Middle East, according to The War Zone. The movement of the machines provoked speculation about the possible participation of the US forces in the war of Israel with Iran.

According to the portal from Sunday to Monday, the Atlantic has traveled at least 28 aircraft used for air refueling fighters and bombers, and one of the accounts of the available data on air traffic added 32 tankers. They were to go from the US bases to the airports in Spain, Great Britain, Italy and Estonia, and some go further south towards the Middle East.
“Although the movements of the air tankers in this direction are not extraordinary, so large, almost simultaneous migration of aircraft was very peculiar, especially during the crisis in the Middle East,” comments the portal.
He adds, although the exact reason for mass movement of machines is not known yet, “Many potential answers would indicate a change or preparation for a potential change in the current conflict between Israel and Iran”. According to the author, the reason is probably not exercises of NATO Atlantic Trident 25 over Finland, because although KC-135 will take part in them, such a large number is not needed to support these maneuvers.
The portal speculates that apart from sending the signal to Iran to increase the pressure on itfour other explanations are possible: preparations to support the refueling of Israeli Iran -bombing machines, direct attachment of the US to Israeli operations, preparation for response to possible attempts to block the Strait of Ormuz by Iran and the creation of an “air bridge” for flights of bombers between the US and the Middle East.
From Asia to Europe. Americans send an additional aircraft carrier to the Middle East
The USS Nimitz aircraft carrier is on their way to the Middle East from the South -Schrene sea – the media said on Monday, citing representatives of the Pentagon. Officials also confirmed the distribution of a large number of air tankers in Europe to “give options” to the president in the face of the Israeli-Iranian war.
So far, Donald Trump's administration has rejected Israeli requests to support offensive activities against Iran. When asked about this on Sunday, President Trump said that the US was not involved in raids, and called for the end of the fighting, but he added that it was possible that America would join the attacks.
War Zone points out that among Israel's allies only the US air force has bombs penetrating capable of seriously damaged Iran's underground nuclear objects, which is to be the main declared goal of Israeli attacks.
