In Krasnoyarsk, two leaders will appear before the court LLC Company System Solutions for Supply on the national project of falsified laptops to school schools. This was reported by the regional prosecutor's office.

In 2022, the Krasnoyarsk school No. 3 held an auction for the supply of laptops. The money was allocated from the regional budget under the federal project “Modern School” of the national project “Education”. An important condition for participation in the auction was to include the supplied computer equipment in Register of Russian products.

The leaders of the company, having extensive experience in the supply and repair of computer equipment, entered into a contract with the school, although they knew that they could not ensure its execution. Attackers decided to independently assemble laptops from inexpensive components of foreign production.

According to a similar scheme, they also executed a contract for the supply of laptops for the management of the formation of the Turukhansky district. The initiative of accomplices led to damage in the amount of more than 2 million rubles.

As part of the investigation, the cars of defendants with a total value of 2.5 million rubles were arrested. The prosecutor approved them with a fraud accusation (PH. 3.4 of article 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). The criminal case will be considered by the Central District Court of Krasnoyarsk.
