In an interview with the Russian daily Izwestija, the deputy minister of foreign affairs of Russia, Aleksandr Gruszko, announced that Moscow would demand a complete utilization of weapons transferred to Ukraine by Western states. As he emphasized, this weapon should be “irreversibly reduced and utilized”.
