Over 120 parliamentarians, without public CV on the official website. Sauce, on the first place to lack of transparency

Over 120 parliamentarians have not posted their CV on the Parliament page. Almost 100 are in the Chamber of Deputies, and the rest over 20 are senators. Fruit in this regard are SOS members. In the Senate no member of the group exposed his data. At the opposite pole, in the USR all the members published their professional course.

At the Senate there are 24 members for whom no public information about their studies or their professional path is available. Most are on the SOS, where the members strictly respected the example given in the past years by the party leader, Diana Şoșoaca, so that no one exposed their data.

The following on the list are liberals, from where eight senators have chosen not to publish this information, although in some cases their CVs have been or are available on other sites.

Also at the PSD, gold and UDMR Senate each have a representative who failed to pass their data.

99 deputies without CV

At the Chamber of Deputies the number of those who hide their professional path amounts to 99 members. The party with the most deputies without CV published is gold: 26 of the 62 members.

In second place is ranked PSD where there are 25 deputies with missing data out of a total of 93 members.

The Pot Party, led by Anamaria Gavrilă has 13 people who did not publish their CV, and SOS Romania, led by Diana Şoșoaca, has 12.

Nine members are found in the group of non -affiliates, and in four minorities. And PNL has eight of the 50 deputies who failed to expose their CV on the institution's website, and UDMR two members.

What are the parliamentarians hiding

In some situations, the CVs are available on other official pages, especially for parliamentarians who hold or have positions in administration. In other cases, however, they were initially public, but were withdrawn after scandals.

It is also the situation of the Liberals Florin Roman and Sorin Cîmpeanu. For example, the former Minister of Education, Sorin Cîmpeanu, resigned in September 2022, following a plagiarism scandal on a university course.

The same thing was applied in the case of Florin Roman, who resigned from the leadership of the Ministry of Research and Digitization in 2021. In fact, they were accused of having passed the CV of being a licensed of the Babeș-Bolyai University in Cluj Napoca, while he attended a college of Alba Iulia.

Senator Paul Ciprian Pintea, who was in the first term, which he won on the lists, became overnight the subject of jokes on the Internet. The senator was accused of “olving” his CV, slipping more fake information. According to information, in fact, he would not even have completed high school. He was also investigated in two criminal files, being accused of committing crimes under the road regime (driving without a permit), in one of the files Paul Ciprian Pintea being convicted, in March 2024, to one year and two months of imprisonment, delaying the execution of the sentence.

The senator also indicated that he has 12 years of work at his 37 years and initially mentioned that he attends online courses with 4 years at Academic Singles, in fact a matrimonial site.

Also from Pot, a senator was accused of doing video chat. However, she denied and said that the photos published in the public space were tricked.

In the case of Gold, there is also Ariadna Cîrligeanu, one of the vocal members of the Gold youth, which was chosen by Botosani. In May 2023, Cîrligeanu was at the center of a scandal after, in the Security Control in Parliament, more bullets used were found on him.
