UPDATE 12.15: “The topics were accessible, but heavier than the simulation, so I think. Compared to the last 5 years, the topics were about the same difficulty. There were several traps, the students had to distinguish between the cause and the consequence, and they also had to know terms such as natural balance and migratory balance,” said the school, for the high school.

How the teacher describes the subjects in Geography at Bac 2025:

  • On Romania they had to know how to locate certain resources, cities and rivers. Nothing complicated here, except that the salt appeared as a resource.
  • At the comparison topics it was accessible, they gave a mountain versus a plateau.
  • They also had to mention two cities in Austria, which most of them did not expect.
The chart was accessible, they had to be very attentive to calculations.
  • They had to mention the importance of the Danube for Romania, and also explain the role that the ocean has, from a climatic point of view, over the shore in the Western Region of Europe.
  • As a characterization they had an easy country – France.
  • Overall it was an accessible subject, of average difficulty, and I anticipate a promotability rate of over 80%.
Also, compared to last year, I think there will be fewer grades.
