The Trump administration buys a block in Pipera. An apartment here starts from 580,000 euros

The building has 4 floors and 28 apartments and is located near the Baneasa Forest and the headquarters of the US Embassy. It was purchased by the Office of External Real Estate Operations, the structure of the US State Department that manages the Portfolio of Properties of the US diplomatic and consular missions, according to profit.ro.

The Pipera Eins building on Tudor Arghezi street, purchased by the Americans, is developed and built by Heberger Romania, the local subsidiary of the German -specialized German group, founded in 1948. Those from Heberger have been present in Romania since 2004, being involved in projects such as Matei Mill Office, Tandem, Băneasa Airport Tower or Bucharest Bus.

On the developer's website, the apartments in Pipera Eins are displayed at prices that start, depending on the surface and equipment, from 320,000 euros plus VAT, respectively 580,000 euros plus VAT.

According to Profit.ro, the developer wants to re -grave the luxury block in 16 larger housing units, 4 on each level, one of the 16 to be intended for people with limited mobility

The completion of the residential project of the type “boutique” Pipera Eins was announced last year, the value of the investment being 9 million euros, according to hub.imobiliare.ro. Heberger Romania then transmitted that it was moved with its headquarters.
