Flowers from the “unknown fan”: scammers are preparing to massively “breed” Russians on the eve of February 14
The Ministry of Internal Affairs warned of the popular schemes of the “festive” divorce:
-The swindlers bring the victim the bouquet allegedly from a secret fan, and then ask to name an SMS code for “reporting”. In fact, it can be code for entering services, for example, public services;
