Spain defeated Denmark, score 1-0, in the debut match of the European Championship U19.
This party was also the first of the Romanian group. Costin Curelea's “tricolors” play from 21:00 against the Montenegro team. Spain – Denmark was played at the Giulești stadium.
The only goal of the match was scored by Izan Merino, the defender of Malaga, even at the end of the first half.
