“I think the world needs a lot more angry young women,” was the 22 -year -old activist's reply for the US president.

Activist Greta Thunberg arrived at Charles de Gaulle Airport in Paris on Tuesday, one day after the Israeli navy prevented her and a group of pro-Palestinian activists from reaching the Gaza strip.

The 22 -year -old girl accuses Israel of abduction, claiming to have refused to sign a document to acknowledge that she had illegally entered the country, before being deported, according to Reuters.

The Swedish activist said that she and her team did not violate any law and called for the immediate release of the activists who are still in Israel.

“I was very clear in my testimony that we were abducted in international waters and brought against our own will to Israel,” she said.

The young woman laughed at the criticisms of US President Donald Trump, who described her as an angry person.

“I think the world needs a lot more angry young women, to be honest, especially given everything that is happening now,” Thunberg said.

What Trump had said

A day ago, Trump had ironized the whole situation: “I think Israel has enough problems without kidnapping Greta Thunberg (…) is a young and angry person … I think he should go to a anger control course,” said the American president.

Thunberg, 22 years old, arrived in Paris one day after the Israeli navy prevented her and a group of pro-Palestinian activists from navigating to Gaza, aboard a vessel carrying a small cargo for humanitarian aid.

The Israeli forces addressed the charitable ship while approaching Gaza Monday morning, trying to break the naval blockade imposed on Israel – a blockade that has attracted international attention since Israel also blocked terrestrial access to Palestinian Exclava in March. The 12 crew members were captured.
