The strong Monday afternoon storm in Bucharest caused inconvenience to the clients of the Sun Plaza mall in the Berceni neighborhood, where the rain entered the ceiling. The images were surprised by the people who were shopping, writes the local publication B365.

The Sun Plaza mall is a shopping center on Calea Văcărești. Due to the torrential rain, the water began to drain from the ceiling, even in the central area of ​​the mall, penetrating inside.

The images were published in a comment on the Facebook group Infotrafic Bucharest and Ilfov.

The Bucharest residents received, on Monday, a Red Message of Powerful Vijelie, electric discharges and wind gusts for 15.28-16.20. The message came after the National Meteorological Administration (ANM) issued orange code warnings for Bucharest and Ilfov.

Several flights took off from Bucharest with a delay of several tens of minutes due to the storm that affected the capital, the National Airports Company announced.
