The governor checked the progress of school construction in Krasnoyarsk Michurinsky (video)

Today, the construction readiness of the school in the Michurinsky microdistrict on the right bank of Krasnoyarsk is almost 50%. The head of the city's urban planning department, Sergei Shikunov, reported this to the regional governor who arrived at the site.

The frame of the building has already been erected. ZThe installation of reinforced concrete structures has been completed, finishing work is underway, as well as roofing and flooring. Heat is supplied to the first block, part of the second and third. Builders continue to equip internal and external utility networks.

Let us remind you that the construction of a school for 1280 places in Michurinsky began in the fall of 2024. For a long time, the city did not have the opportunity to build an educational institution in this microdistrict, since there was no free territory. In 2023, the mechanism for exchanging land plots was used for the first time, after which the design of the facility began immediately.

The building will have a variable number of storeys – from two to four – with a warm transition on the third floor. There is a separate entrance for primary classes. Inside, according to the standards, there will be educational premises, a library, a catering unit, a medical unit, administrative, recreational and leisure facilities, as well as technical rooms. Sports grounds and a children's playground will be built on the school grounds.

The school is being built with funds from the city and regional budgets and should be completed at the beginning of 2027. Mikhail Kotyukov emphasized the inadmissibility of delaying the construction of a long-awaited facility for residents of a rapidly developing microdistrict.

Let us add that the construction of another school is currently underway in Krasnoyarsk – in the Tikhie Zori microdistrict. It will become the second largest beyond the Urals: 1,550 children will be able to study here.

A search is also underway for contractors for the construction of schools in Solnechny on Sokolovskaya Street and in the Agrouniversitet microdistrict on Elena Stasova Street. Construction of these facilities will begin next year.

And by the end of this year, the design of three schools should be completed: on Alekseev and Chernyshevsky streets, as well as in the Yuzhny Bereg microdistrict.
