According to Mikhalchenko, the nuts according to this recipe are incredibly tasty and melt in the mouth.
Test products (all room temperature)
- 400 g of flour;
- 2 tbsp. l. starch;
- 0.25 tsp. salts;
- 200 g of butter;
- 70 g of sugar powder;
- 0.5 tsp. vanilla sugar;
- 2 eggs;
- 0.5 tsp. soda;
- 0.5 tsp. vinegar.
Cooking
- Mix flour, starch, salt. Mix.
- In a separate container, mix oil, powdered sugar and vanilla sugar.
- Beat with a mixer for one minute.
- Add one eggs one at one, mixing them with a mixer each time.
- Add soda bastard vinegar. Mix the mixer until smooth.
- Pour dry ingredients. Mix everything with a mixer until smooth, and then continue to knead the dough with your hands.
- Form the balls from the dough.
- Heat the shape for cooking nuts and put the blanks in the cells.
- Bake the nuts on fire below the average to golden color.
- Process with a fine grater of the edge of the workpieces.
- Fill the nuts with a condensed milk, which must first be boiled within three hours after boiling water.
