Romania's ambassador to the US has met with President Trump's special emissary for Ukraine

Romania's ambassador to the United States, Andrei Muraru, had a meeting with General (R) Keith Kellogg, the special emissary of US President Donald Trump, according to Agerpres.
The Romanian Embassy in the US announced on Monday on Facebook that Ambassador Andrei Muraru addressed the prospect of solving the Russia's war against Ukraine and highlighted the comprehensive aid granted by our country to the neighboring state.
He also stressed the commitment of Romania on increasing the defense budget and the need to discourage and define on the eastern alloy flank, including by the permanent presence of US forces in our country.
According to the diplomatic mission, General Kellogg thanked for the role of Romania in the regional plane and for the close cooperation with the US subsumed to the bilateral strategic.
