Emma Răducanu: “I am cautious when I go out. I do not want to be in that situation again”
She will play in London, at Queen's, both simple and double, where she will team with compatriot Katie Boulter (28 years old, 34 WTA). Răducanu spoke about the February episode, when she was harassed by a man in Dubai and the way she lives with the effects of that moment.
“I certainly noticed a difference in the way people take care of me when they are in the complex [la turnee]. Obviously, I'm cautious when I go out. I try not to be inattentive because only when you are in that situation you realize what problem is and I do not necessarily want to be in that situation once more“, Said the 22 -year -old player, quoted by BBC Sport.
“Outside the field, I feel good. I feel quite quiet. It seems to me that I have good people around me and I try to set aside anything negative as much as possible. When you see those negative titles, I am really difficult. I care what people believe and say. So it is not easy to face this.”

Rear problems for Emma Răducanu: “I try not to let them affect me”
Răducanu explained that he realized that he cannot work with people who do not trust and that, in recent months, his situation has improved. She has collaborated lately with Mark Petcheyhis head coach, and with Nick CavaDaythe one who returned to help her at Roland Garros.
“Obviously, I want to win this tournament [Queen’s]like any other tournament, especially since it is at home. But my expectations are quite low, because I played with score for the first time today and maybe 2-3 days on the grass, it's not too much.
I can't predict the future and how it will be. I tried to manage my back over the past few weeks. There's something that comes and leaves.
It can be frustrating (no back pain). When I was playing in Strasbourg in round 2, it certainly bothered me in the first round of Paris when I qualified. But I try not to let that affect me. I just have to manage him, take care of him when things happen, “said Răducanu, according to The Guardian.
In addition to Bucsa duel, a player who has passed two qualifications tours, Răducanu will also evolve in double, along with Katie Boulter. The sportswoman with Romanian father and British mother acknowledged that she is excited before this challenge and hopes that her partner will direct her and tell her what to do.
At Queen's, Emma Răducanu will play double Monday, June 9, and on Tuesday, June 10th.
