After the drone attack, the factory in Russia is burning. This is an important supplier for the armed forces


“Two unmanned aerial vehicles fell on the territory of Vnir SA, which is why a responsible decision was made to temporarily suspend production to ensure the safety of employees. Another drone fell to the fields of the urban regions of Czeboksary and Krasnoarmiejsk” – said the leader of the Venee Republic Oleg Nikojew. He added that there were no victims in people. However, he did not mention other consequences of an attack on a factory in Russia.

The moment of attack and a powerful explosion also registered on the video and published the Russian Astra website on the telegram.
JSC Vniir-Progress on the web presents itself as “the Russian Institute of Research and Development, which specializes in the production of advanced electronic combat systems (EW), focusing on technologies for disturbing signals and the collection of intelligence information.” One of the key products of the factory is the Komet antenna, which is to interfere with radio, satellite and radar frequencies. It is mounted in unmanned aerial vehicles and bomb sets. The weapon equipped in this way is widely used on the Ukrainian front.
After an explosion, a special operation mode was introduced at the factory. “All services work in extended mode, we keep the situation under full control. I am asking for peace and trust only official information,” wrote Oleg Nikołajew on the telegram.
According to Russia, it was not the only attack of last night. The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation announced that air defense was to destroy and capture 49 Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles, which allegedly appeared, among others on the Kurski, Niżnonowogrodzki, Voronian and Orłowski districts, over the Republic of Czuwaska and the Belgorodz District of the Russian Federation.
