Sky Walk is a glass observation platform protruding beyond the outline of the building, usually found in commercial facilities such as skyscrapers or tourist facilities. This solution allows observers on Admiring the panorama from an unusual perspective, giving the impression of floating in the air.
The developer Trust Investment is planning Placing a glazed observation deck at a height of 95 meters in a 29-story residential building. Sky struggle with an area of 6 sq m will be located on the southern side of the object, constituting part of the larger common space on the last floor.
Until now, similar constructions in Poland have been functioning only in a commercial context. The introduction of Sky Fight into a residential building means extending the use of this technology to the housing sector, which can signal a new trend in premium construction.
Architectural context of the solution

Sky Walk will be an integral part of Sky Lounge – a recreational zone covering nearly 300 sq m on the roof of the building. The space includes a BBQ point, a fully equipped kitchen, a viewing area and a summer cinema with modular furniture. Access to the entire zone will be provided by a dedicated elevator.
The role of design in common spaces
Dawid Woliński, a fashion designer known for participating in the TOP Model program, who has been expanding his activities with architectural projects in recent years is responsible for the design of the common parts.
– I wanted this project not only elegant and practical, but also to be conducive to creating good experiences that build relationships – explains Woliński. – We put great importance to details. I can already reveal that we will use, among others, materials that I used in my own home – not only because of aesthetics, but also durability.
Comprehensive offer
Common parts in O27 will take a total of about 750 sq m, including both external and internal spaces. In the interior of the building is planned Club space with a cocktail bar, coffee kiosk and billiard table, as well as coworking zone and wellness with an infrared sauna and a brine graduation tower.
The O27 complex Opolska Apartments includes 406 apartments with areas from 36 to 140 sq m.all equipped with panoramic windows. The investment represents the premium segment at the Katowice real estate market, introducing solutions not previously used in Polish housing.
The introduction of Sky Fight into a residential building can signal evolution in the developers' approach to designing common spaces, especially in the luxury segment, where Product becomes a key element of competitiveness.
