Experts of Rospotrebnadzor told the Krasnoyarsk residents than to replace sweets with proper nutrition.
Experts advise abandoning ordinary sweets, since they bring only short -term pleasure without benefit to the body. They have a lot of sugar, flavors, food dyes, trans fats and emulsifiers.
Instead of sweets, you can eat dried fruits – dates, raisins, dried apricots, prunes and others. They contain vitamins, minerals, fiber and antioxidants. These substances are needed to maintain immunity, normalize the work of the intestines, the health of the heart and brain.
Nuts will be a healthy snack. Although they are not so sweet, there are a lot of protein, vitamins, irreplaceable fatty acids and trace elements.
You can also eat about 30 g of bitter chocolate per day, and this is about a third of the tile. It is important to choose a product in which at least 72 % of cocoa beans.
Useful sweetness is natural honey. He strengthens the immunity, normalizes the digestive tract.
Sephir and pastille with the right choice can also be useful. Experts advised to give preferences to desserts, which are based on fruit or apple puree, egg proteins and natural thickeners. The main thing is that there are no sugar, additives and chocolate shell.
The same applies to marmalade. It should be without sugar, flavorings and dyes. Experts also attributed natural syrups, smoothies and urbech to useful desserts.
Experts recalled that even such goodies should be eaten in moderation, and also be sure to get acquainted with contraindications.
