They compared prices in Germany and in Poland. They got the answer with UOKiK

In March this year, MP of Free Republicans Jarosław Sachajko and Anna Gembicka from PiS looked at prices in Germany and Poland. It turned out that although Poles earn less, they have to pay more for the same products, although they earn much less than the neighbors.

MPs showed that the same mower in Lidl in Germany cost 99 euros, or approx. 424 PLN, and in Poland 799 PLN. In Poland in Kaufland, they found minced coffee 500 g for 12.99 PLN, in the same store in Germany for 2.49 euros (approx. 10.68 PLN). They also checked prices in Rossmann – Nivea Soft Cream 200 ml in Poland cost PLN 15.99, in Germany 2.49 euros (approx. 10.68 PLN).
