Elon Musk can charm Donald Trump. “No Empire survived with two emperors”

No empire has survived with two emperors yet. The United States of America is no exception here. The richest man in the world and the most powerful man in the world can hurt in many ways.
Donald Trump – which was not stopped by either convicts, nor bankruptcy, electoral failures, impeachment procedures, or bombers – he could find his final opponent in Elon Musk. The former Trump's special advisor is a threat to the US President for at least four reasons.
The reason for breaking between a billionaire and president is, among others Criticism of Musk towards the “great, beautiful act” of Trump, i.e. the draft budget. The Act provides for a reduction in taxes for the rich and huge additional defense investments. What is very important from the point of view of Musk, it also assumes cutting subsidies for electric cars [miliarder jest właścicielem Tesli, firmy produkującej elektryki].
The act, which must still be adopted by the Senate (the High Chamber of the US Parliament), is the basis of Trump's political plan. If it is not accepted, the US president will continue to rule with decrees that can be annulled by the courts at any time.
Musk claims that the Trump Act will make Americans “tax slaves” due to huge additional expenses in the long term. If he manages to convince a few additional senators to vote against the act, Trump's “great, beautiful law” may fall. The president would be politically paralyzed – probably until the end of his term.
Elections sponsored by Elon
In 2024, Musk spent almost $ 300 million. (approx. PLN 1 billion 130 million, counting at the current exchange rate) for Trump's election campaign. It is not clear whether without this help – according to Elon Musk – Donald Trump would lose the election.
In the United States you can't buy results for the money themselves. This was shown by April when Musk's candidate lost the election of a judge in Wisconsin despite a donation of $ 25 million. (over PLN 94 million, counting at the current exchange rate).
Nevertheless, Musk may mix up in the supplementary elections in November 2026, in which most members of the American parliament will be elected. He can, for example, base anti -trump candidates and even start with his own political party.
Especially in the states of Musk's money and the strength of its influence on the internet (it owns Platform X, on which he has 220 million followers), they can bring Trump to serious headache.

Revenge in space
Spacex Muska is the only American company that can send astronauts to the ISS international space station. Musk threatened that in the future he would not provide his “Dragon” spacecraft to these transports. This could cause a cosmic cork and thwart the American space ambitions.
The same applies to his company Starlink, dealing with satellite internet, which is also used by the US Department of Defense.
Dark past
Musk, has a coverage on the internet that allows him to quickly spread conspiracy theories. In the middle of the week, he wrote on Twitter that Trump appears in the currently classified files regarding the serial rapist Jeffrey Epstein, who committed suicide in prison in 2019.
How does Musk know that? This is not clear. However, Trump himself, the main supporter of conspiracy theories, is the best example of how effective even the strangest accusations are to harm political opponents.
To sum up, Musk can cause Trump a lot of trouble. However, the US president is well prepared to protect himself from the attacks of his former “first friend”.
According to “The Washington Post”, Musk earned over $ 38 billion. (nearly PLN 143 billion, counting at the current exchange rate) on American government contracts and subsidies. If Trump takes away these contracts, the situation of Muska will quickly become very uninteresting.
Trump cannot, however, deport Musk, who was born in South Africa, because the billionaire obtained American citizenship in 2002. Such a solution was recently proposed by adviser Trump Steve Bannon. However, the president has already thrown out a billionaire from the White House, and this is probably not the end of the war between two powerful characters.
