The Venezuela government rejected new American regulations on Thursday, prohibiting the entry into the US to its citizens and described them as part of the political “campaign of stigmatization and criminalization”.

The Venezuela government has repeatedly warned its citizens before traveling to the United States. In Thursday's statement, he emphasized that there is not even minimal guarantees that Venezuela citizens will be treated in the US with respect and fair.
US President Donald Trump signed a proclamation on Wednesday completely prohibiting entry to the United States to citizens of 12 countries, including Afghanistan, Haiti, Iran, Sudan and Libya. “Partly” suspended the possibility of entering the USA for Burundi, Kuba, Laos, Sierra Leone, Togo, Turkmenistan and Venezuela.
Trump justified this with a high percentage of remaining citizens of these countries in the US after visual visas. There are a number of exceptions since the entry ban, including For people with green cards or specific visas, e.g. visas for athletes visiting the US in connection with the Olympic Games or the World Football Championships.
