In Yeniseisk, a drunken driver could not deceive the inspectors and fell under arrest for 10 days (video)

In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the drunken driver received 10 days of arrest after trying to mislead state traffic inspectors.

The police said that traffic police officers patrolled the streets of the village of Verkhnepashino in the Yenisei district and paid attention to the VAZ that traveled past them. The driver ignored the demand to stop and turned onto the side street.

“Inspectors saw how a man came out of a moving car from the side of the driver's seat and continued on foot. The police detained the guy, and from the car, as if nothing had happened, a girl who wanted to pass herself up for the driver of this car got out“-said in the press service.

It turned out that the 27-year-old guy did not have a driver’s license, in addition, he had signs of alcohol intoxication. He agreed to undergo an examination, which showed that he was drunk – the Alcotester determined 0.81 mg/l of alcohol in exhaled air.

In relation to the violator, employees of the State traffic inspectorate drew up a protocol under Part 3 of Art. 12.8 Administrative Code of the Russian Federation for driving a vehicle who does not have the right to drive and is intoxicated. The car was transferred to the wife of the offender.

By the decision of the Yenisei District Court, the attacker was sentenced to administrative arrest for a period of 10 days.
