Krasnoyarsk fired pneumatics at a man who made him a remark

In Krasnoyarsk, investigators reported the detention of an 18-year-old young man, who is suspected of trying to kill a local resident.

According to investigators, on the night of May 24, a 27-year-old man came to visit friends in their apartment on Karl Marx Street. At some point, he heard a noise coming from the street and went out into the yard. There he saw an unfamiliar 18-year-old guy who shouted swearing words, although there was nobody next to him.

The man made the violator of silence a remark, but he did not want to calm down. After the border, the young man took out a pneumatic gun from his pocket and shot three times towards the opponent. Bullets hit the neck, so the man fell, and the suspect disappeared.

The man turned for medical help. The information was transferred to law enforcement agencies, a criminal case was opened on the fact of an attempt on the murder (part 3 of article 30, part 1 of article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).

“As a result of the investigative actions and operational-search measures, the suspect was established, the instrument of the crime was seized. The defendant was detained, the investigation intends to petition for the election of a preventive measure in the form of detention. The necessary investigative actions aimed at establishing all the circumstances of the crime committed are currently being carried out“, – They told the Investigative Department of the IC of the Russian Federation.
