Land book extracts for information and cadastral plan extracts on orthophotoplan can be obtained directly from the Myeterra – myeterra.ancci.ro platform
According to the authorities' announcement, the simplest way is by creating a Myeterra account with Roeid authentication.
Alternatively, documents can be obtained by:
– Online request with qualified electronic signature, without the need for the counter.
– Online request with the validation of identity once at the counter.
– Direct request to the counter, only once, with the confirmation of the email address.
The new regulations are aimed at eliminating taxes to obtain the land book extract for information, but also for the extract of cadastral plan and the first registration. Thus, from April 7, these services are already free for the owners who request them physically, at the counter, and from June 2, the measure also applies for the applications submitted online.
The official data show that, in 2024, the National Agency for Cadastre and Real Estate Advertising (ANCPI) issued 3.5 million land book extracts for which citizens paid 60 million lei.
The same data showed that the price of a land book extract for information issued online, through the EPAY.ANCPI.ro platform, was 20 lei, under the conditions in which at the counters of cadastral offices and real estate advertising the cost was 25 lei. If the requested document was available in electronic format, it could be downloaded from the account created by the user in a few minutes. If the extract was not converted in electronic format, the waiting time was at most two working days.
The price of an extract from the cadastral plane, on orthophotoplan released online, through the epay.ancci.ro platform, was 15 lei.
