The German general warns against Putin's plans. He talks about the isthmus of Suwałki

– NATO members must prepare for a possible attack from Russia over the next four years – says General Carsten Breuer in an interview with the BBC. German military points out that hundreds of tanks are produced in the Russian Federation a year, many of which can be used in the attack on the Baltic States, which in his opinion can occur by 2029.
According to General Breuer, NATO is currently in the face of “very serious threat” from Russia. In his opinion, this is the biggest threat he saw during his 40-year service. – Not every tank produced in Russia goes to war in Ukraine, some also go to the reserve and new military structures that are always facing the west – he says.
According to the German general, the army of Vladimir Putin is currently collecting supplies in the event of a possible attack on NATO members in the Baltic States region. – This is how analysts assess it – the attack in 2029. So we have to be ready until 2029 … If you ask me now if it is certain that it will not happen before in 2029, I would say that no, it is not. So we must be able to fight tonight – he calls.
The German general warns NATO. Suddenly he mentioned the isthmus of Suwałki
According to General Breuer, one of the most vulnerable areas is lying at the borders of Poland, Lithuania, Belarus and Russia, the isthmus of Suwałki. – Baltic countries are really exposed to the actions of the Russians, right? And when you are there, I really feel it … in the conversations we conduct there – he says.
German military believes that NATO members should now start to expand their armed forces again. In his opinion, despite the close -ups of Hungarians and Slovaks with Moscow, the North Atlantic Alliance is still strong and consolidated. “I've never seen such unity as now,” he says.
