I also want to thank the second candidate for his fight and determination to the last voice. As the Prime Minister of the Republic of Poland, I declare that my work for Poland will not be stopped. I will not stop acting for a moment in the name of Poland, which we dreamed of after regaining independence – free, sovereign, safe and just. The result of these choices will not change our course, “he added.
“We will act in accordance with the values”

However, I am aware that the situation may prove to be more difficult than many of you assumed, going to the urns. Still, my determination does not weaken, and Action plan in the event of tense cooperation – has already been prepared. We don't know what line the new president will take. If it turns out to be ready for a constructive dialogue, it will be a positive surprise, which we will answer with openness. If not – we will not wait. We will start fulfilling our obligations, because that's why we were elected by citizens, “said the head of government.

We already have experience in similar situations” – noted Tusk. He added that a lot of work before the government. “From foreign policy, through strengthening the armed forces and the economy, repoloning strategic industries, improvement of public services and social security, to settlements and fighting abuse” – said Tusk.

The first test of our readiness will be a vote of trust, which I will soon ask the Sejm. I want our supporters and opponents – in the country and abroad – they saw that we do not intend to withdraw. And we are prepared for it. “
