They intend to “help ensure the implementation of any future peace agreement with Russia,” says the publication. The main authors of the plan – Great Britain and France, which are “located on the forefront of efforts.”
According to the agency, this issue gradually began to work out about a year ago, but after Trump’s victory in the election of the US president, the events had to be accelerated. Nevertheless, it is not yet clear how it will look.
The plan will be repelled from what the situation will be directly on the contact line. If the conflict “boils”, everything will become much more complicated, the publication emphasizes.
