The Code for Romania team claimed on Monday that the National Integrity Agency has eliminated access to the database with wealth statements and interests displayed by 2022. Contacted by HotNews.ro, ANI President Florin Moise says it is only a temporary technical problem, for cleaning the cache following the multiple discharges of such documents. Later, he confirmed for Hotnews that the system became operational.

“There were 10 million hits on the portal of the old statements 2008-2022 which led to this technical syncope, but now the system has become a functional,” he said.
“It has not been eliminated access to the old database, it is only a momentary technical problem that occurred after the multiple discharges of the weekend. The cache memory is cleaned in 20-30 minutes,” Florin Moise president for HotNews.ro told HotNews.ro.

“As a result of the high volume of traffic generated by the requests regarding the discharge of wealth and interest statements, the virtual courts that ensure the intermediation between the query portal and the application database, as well as the traffic balance functionality, have accumulated a considerable volume of data in the cache. At this moment, in the public portal Old-Declaratii.integrity.eu by which the public could access the statements displayed until 2022 can no longer be searched. The Code for Romania team started on the evening of May 29 a back-up process of these statements of wealth, but at this time by the action of ANI.
In expecting the publication of the Motivation of the Constitutional Court, we ask the National Integrity Agency to respect the decision that the statements of wealth and interests published until May 29, 2025 will continue to be accessible to the general public.
