At the stations of the Krasnoyarsk RNU JSC Transneft – Western Siberia, excursions were held for schoolchildren and students

The branch of the Krasnoyarsk District Oil Administration of Transneft – Western Siberia conducted several career guidance excursions at the enterprise facilities in the Krasnoyarsk Territory.

Excursions took place as part of the Transneft -Western Siberia Cooperation Program with educational organizations in the regions of the presence of the company. Their goal is the development of professional self -determination of students and schoolchildren. In total, 45 people visited the stations.

Achinsky LPDS was visited by students of the Achinsk College of Oil and Gas. The head of the station, Viktor Stenin, showed the guests a production facility, spoke about the main professions in the oil pipeline industry, the capabilities of career growth and self -realization, acquainted with modern work methods, energy -saving technologies, the principles of industrial safety and labor protection.

Students of the Aerospace College SibSU named after Reshetnev visited the NPS “Ascension”. As part of the celebration of the 80th anniversary of the Victory, the station staff organized an open lesson for them to view a video lecture on the history of the development of pipeline transport of oil and oil products during the Great Patriotic War.

The Kashtan NPS opened its doors for students of the Bolshekosa secondary school. Pupils of grades 8-9 got acquainted with the main production processes, saw oil and operator, from where the oil pumping control is being conducted. The head of the NPC Anatoly Repin told which specialists the stations are needed and where you can get an appropriate education.

Excursions to the production facilities of Transneft – Western Siberia JSC – one of the effective forms of dating schoolchildren and students from the oil industry, the basics of workers and engineering professions. Such meetings help the company to form a promising personnel reserve, and to educational organizations to gain industrial partners.
