Also in terms of balance between work and private life, Poland is worse than most EU countries. In the OECD Better Life Index ranking in the Work-Life Balance component, only two EU countries (Austria and Ireland) have achieved weaker results than Poland. Among the EU Member States, Italians, Danes, Spaniards and Dutch care for the balance between work and private life.
